My water heater was installed <6 months ago, NOT by Aqua Pro but by another local plumber, whom I have used in the past. The unit malfunctioned and after 2 days of trying to reach the plumber who installed it, he finally got back to me, said he had the part based on error code, and came out to install it. New part didn’t work, and he gave me the # of another local plumbing company, and he had another job to get to. Two days of trying to reach him via phone & text, nothing, no response! I googled and found Aqua Pro, on a Saturday morning, spoke with Dawson and after informed me of charges he asked me to try something. He walked me thru a reset procedure, which should have been performed after installation of the new part, and the water heater fired right up! Dawson said he wasn’t sure how long it would take, which I understand, but regardless, the fact that was able to walk me through this over the phone and get the unit running again was incredible! I will definitely be using Aqua Pro in the future, after this extremely positive experience. Thank you Dawson!!

I wanted a second opinion on the condition of my ductwork. Dawson came with a camera to inspect them, and got Sheldon on FaceTime to also look at the appliances in my utility closet. they were very helpful in investigating the problem, and it helped me make a more informed decision. Honest, professional, and reasonable, I will absolutely use them for future services!

Really great experience with Aqua Pro!! Dawson came out and moved a drain pipe in our home. He also installed a filtration system for us. Very professional, efficient, and clean!! Would use this company again and recommend to anyone!
